For example, if your initial InBody score is 75 and you elevate it by 10 points to 85 by the end of the challenge, and no other participant exceeds this 10-point improvement, you will be awarded the top prize.

If you are unable to get to our facility in Portsmouth for the InBody scans, or simply decide you just want to challenge yourself without the metrics, then you can choose our Resonate 40 Days Challenge. You will not be eligible for the competition and prizes, but will still be involved in everything else.
